
I am a working mother. I have always worked out with some or
the other aerobics video because I find it very difficult to
make time to go to a gym regularly. Over time, I have collected
stacks of aerobics videos. I think that all of them have about
the same kind of exercises, but it is hard to stay with them
because they are not a lot of fun. And, staying regular is the
key to getting results.

I love to dance, especially Bhangra. Bhangra is a very upbeat,
high impact dance. If you do Bhangra for an hour, you will
find that it is the best cardiovascular aerobics workout and
you do not get bored doing it. You actually enjoy dancing
to some beautiful music.
In Bhangra Aerobics, I have put both of my long-term interests
together into one video. It gives you double benefit. You
not only get a good workout but you also learn some Bhangra
steps. Working out with Bhangra Aerobics is like dancing
yourself into shape.
