Hello, I am Veera Mahajan, and that is exactly what
I have done in Bhangra Aerobics. I have taken some
beautiful and upbeat steps from a popular folk dance called
Bhangra. Bhangra comes from Punjab, a state in North India.
It is a very lively and fun dance. Any celebration is not
complete till you do Bhangra to upbeat Punjabi music. I have
used a lot of very popular Punjabi folk tunes for the background
music. This adds to the fun of working out with Bhangra Aerobics.
Do it a few times and see how fun Aerobics can be. You might
get addicted.

Along with exercising regularly, eating well balanced meals
are also very important for a healthy body. Vitamin supplements
are also a must for making up for any missed nutrients in
your diet. For best results, I recommend that you eat well
and workout with me at least 3 times a week.
